Germany: All states and territories - Free shipping on all orders
Switzerland: All cantons and territories - Free shipping on all orders
Important: We do not ship to any other countries or territories.

Processing Time

Order Processing:
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM CET: Same day processing
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET or weekends: Next business day processing
Processing time: 1-2 business days
No processing on Dutch public holidays

Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
Saturday delivery available (express only)
Switzerland:
Standard Delivery: 7-10 business days

Delivery Issues

Packages held at local depot for collection
Redelivery can be arranged with carrier

We will investigate with shipping carrier
