Germany: All states and territories - Free shipping on all orders
•Switzerland: All cantons and territories - Free shipping on all orders
Important: We do not ship to any other countries or territories.
Processing Time
Order Processing:
•Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM CET: Same day processing
•Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET or weekends: Next business day processing
•Processing time: 1-2 business days
•No processing on Dutch public holidays

•Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
•Saturday delivery available (express only)
Switzerland:

•Packages held at local depot for collection

•We will investigate with shipping carrier
•Replacement or refund provided for confirmed losses
